TravelSlides is a web-based platform that enables travel agents and independent travelers to search for hotels and destinations, create branded slideshow presentations, and share them via unique public links. The service includes both free and paid subscription tiers with varying feature sets.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid features are billed on a monthly subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use TravelSlides for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, other accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the service. Content you create and share must not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
6. Intellectual Property
The TravelSlides platform, including its design, logos, features, and content, is owned by KxCreationsco and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create using the platform, but grant us a limited license to host and display it as necessary to provide the service.
7. Third-Party Services
TravelSlides integrates with third-party services including hotel data providers and payment processors. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.
8. Limitation of Liability
TravelSlides is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. In no event shall KxCreationsco be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of TravelSlides after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
